In-Person Community Cooking Classes

About the Program
West Chicago residents are invited to an in-person family cooking classes hosted by Healthy West Chicago and the West Chicago Library District. During each class, Chef Maria will share a healthy family approved recipe and provide instruction on how to prepare and cook a meal.

Event Cost
All classes are free of charge to West Chicago families thanks to the West Chicago Library District and Healthy West Chicago.

Join us for a refreshing journey into the world of cool summer drinks! In this class, you'll learn how to craft delicious fruit smoothies and other tantalizing summer refreshers that will keep you cool and energized all season long.

Whether you're hosting a backyard barbecue, lounging by the pool, or simply craving a tasty treat on a hot day, these refreshing concoctions are sure to impress your family and friends.

All participants will receive samples of the beverages crafted by the instructors.
